HOG's Chicken Pho BOMBS (two bombs)

*You will need a these fresh items: 1 fresh large yellow onion, 1 fresh large ginger root, 5lb beef bones.

INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Fill up 2/3 of 12 qt pot with water and add: Spice bag

2. Charr the onion and ginger and add to pot

3. Bring to a boil and now add beef bones and cook on medium-high heat for 3 hours.

4. Be sure to remove scum as occasionally to keep broth clear.

5. After 3 hours, now add more water to taste, add last spice bag and cook for one hour and you’re done!

Directions: 

Blanch noodle in boiling water for 5-7 seconds. Fill bowl with 1/3 noodles. Add meats and vegetables of your choice. Pour broth over and serve.
