I started BraléSpice because of the love of the Vietnamese food I grew up with: loud, soulful, and always made from scratch. Those flavors were more than just delicious; they were a connection to my culture, my family, and my story.
As I got older, I wanted to hold onto that tradition, but reimagine it in a way that felt better for my body and fit into my everyday life.
That’s how BraléSpice was born — small-batch chili oils, pho bombs, and pickled spice kits made with clean, nourishing ingredients that still pack the same bold, unapologetic flavor I grew up loving — made for modern pantries, busy days, and flavor-obsessed eaters everywhere.
